So here we are again, another crush, beautiful time of the year, this summer was a bit hot for us, so we have started crush a few weeks in advance, on Thursday march 27, we harvested our Cabernet sauvignon from our house, we got 1.104 kilos, very low yield, we have gone on with the Petit Verdot from Escorial, and now until Thursday , the Cabernet sauvignon from Escorial, this Easter week end, have been doing the first pump overs, and getting the feel of the year.
